BBQ Chicken with Red Potato & Green Bean Salad (2 Meals)
As summer approaches it’s end, we felt it fitting to have one final BBQ. Instead of busting out your grill, we made it simple by baking the chicken first and then slathering BBQ sauce over the chicken. Then, popping it right back in the oven to caramelize. We’ve paired this dish with a light red potato salad with green beans mixed in. On the side, a creamy potato salad is livened up with green beans for added crunch!
