To make our Palestinian arayes we use beef, seasoned with sumac, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Tomatoes and caramelized onions are added to the meat to add depth and flavor to the filling. Then, these delicious flatbread sandwiches are baked for the perfect bite! Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and delicious all over. On the side, in the spirit of simplicity, we’re serving a cucumber-mint yogurt salad with a squeeze of lemon!
